Thank you for subscribing to one of our monthly customized video plans.
In order for us to begin producing your customized videos, we need to learn a bit about you and your business. To do that, we’ve created a Pre-Production Questionnaire that we ask you to complete and return to us. Your help with this will give us some key information that we can use as we create your videos.
Since you have subscribed to one of our monthly video plans, you will need to download our Script Template form. This is the form you will use to write the scripts for the videos we’ll be producing for you. Also on this page, you’ll find some very helpful ideas on how you can use video to market your business. Just click on the links to open and download the files.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD THESE FILES:
Cigma Media Pre-Production Questionnaire: This is a PDF file that you can print. This questionnaire is designed to give us enough information about your business so that we can properly target your customized videos. We suggest that you use a printed copy of the form as you prepare your answers. You can either mail us your completed form or simply put your answers in a .doc Word document, or answer each question in an email that you send to info@cigmamedia.com.
Script Template: Our script template pretty much writes your scripts for you. Just fill in the missing information and you’ve got a script! Don’t worry if your scripts aren’t perfect! We’ll “tweak” them to make sure they are as effective as possible. If you are subscribed to one of our monthly plans, please adjust the information you put into the template so that you have a variety of different scripts.
